Client Support

There are several services to support the needs of clients and visitors while at the Hospital da Luz Lisboa.

Customer Service and Support

Friendly and knowledgeable administrative professionals at customer service counters in the units, departments, and at the entrances to the Hospital da Luz Lisboa are available to answer your questions or find the person best able to help you. The Customer Support Service located in the main reception area may be used for any query or when you require further information. This service may also be contacted at 217104400.

ATM

Two ATMs are also available, one on Level 0 alongside the reception area at the main entrance of the hospital and the other is on Level -1, alongside the escalators.

Cafeteria, restaurant and vending machines

On Level -1 the cafeteria and restaurant provide a wide range of delicious food to eat.
Cafeteria – opening hours Monday through Friday between 7.30 a.m. and 10.30 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays between 7.30 a.m. and 8 p.m. 
Restaurant – open every day. Lunch is served between 12 noon and 3 p.m. and dinner between 7 p.m. and 9.30 p.m.
There are also vending machines available 24 hours a day on Level 0 and on Level 1.

Newsagent

Along the main corridor of the Hospital on Level 0 there is a newsagent shop with opening hours from Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Once a day, the newsagent sells a selection of newspapers and magazines in the waiting rooms of inpatient units.

Farmágora

Located on Level 0, this commercial space is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturdays between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. and it offers a limited catalog of over the counter medicines and other health related products. It is also possible to order other products not in stock.

Communications

There are public phones available in the Hospital da Luz Lisboa. The hospital also has good mobile phone coverage. However, please note that the use of mobile phones is forbidden in various areas which are duly indicated.
There are various communication options available for hospitalized patients, including the cockpit, found in the patients’ rooms, which includes internet access, radio, TV and phone. Wireless internet access is also available.

Religious services

The Hospital da Luz Lisboa is interested in supporting the spiritual needs of its clients.  Please contact the nursing team or client care to discuss how the hospital may offer you this support.  The hospital has a Chapel on Level -1, which is open from 9 am  -9 pm.  The Chaplin of the hospital may be called upon as required. Mass is held in the Chapel on Thursdays at 12:10 pm

Security

The security services of the Hospital are managed by Esegur. The company maintains a permanent presence at the Hospital with several professionals strategically placed in particular locations in order to ensure optimum security on the premises.

Car parking

There is a paid parking in Hospital da Luz Lisboa, located in the underground floors of the building, with approximately 1000 places, open 24 hours/365 days. This park has two entrances, one at the Avenida Lusíada and the other on the Avenida Condes de Carnide.

On the floor -2 of the parking lot, next to the B access, there is a car wash paid service, available on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. The car wash can be scheduled by phone 927962489 (between 8 a.m. and midnight) or by email to carservices.hluz@sient.pt (requests made by email are subject to subsequent confirmation).
