Non-Covid-19 patients At the Hospital da Luz network, we continue to work in all clinical specialties , maintaining measures for screening at the entrance and separating circuits in all of our hospitals and clinics, so that we can safely receive clients who come to us. Given the current pandemic situation, we are working, as far as possible, to maintain the activity scheduled in the consultations and medical exams, surgeries and treatments. We keep our maternity and neonatology services in full working order. Our urgent care services are still available at the usual opening hours, which can be consulted on the website of your Hospital da Luz. The Hospital da Luz Network also provides the LUZ 24 service ( 217 104 424 ), a clinical phone triage service for adults and children, carried out by specialized nurses, which works 24 hours/day for urgent situations. Before going to the urgent service, clients can call Luz 24, who will guide them to the most appropriate solution and in the most appropriate time according to the clinical situation: urgent attendance in person, videoconsultation without leaving home or scheduled consultation. Through MY LUZ and Hospital da Luz website consultations, videoconsultatios and exams may also be scheduled. Covid-19 patients At Hospital da Luz Lisboa, we have internment and intensive care dedicated to Covid-19, providing an answer either to clients who come to us directly via urgent care service / respiratory circuit, or to requests from health authorities, to whom we daily provide professional capacity and resources to support the needs of the public service. If you have a consultation or an exam and you have a cough, fever, difficulty breathing, have lost your smell or taste, if you are in confinement, if you have had contact with an infected patient, before coming to Hospital da Luz, contact with LUZ 24 ( 217 104 424 ).
