Today, we are going to prepare a very simple, tasty and colourful recipe! It can even be prepared with the leftovers from another meal: Chow-chow rice . Sounds good? For this recipe you will need: White rice 100 g of ham cut into small cubes 100 g of cooked peas 4 eggs Olive oil Salt Have you got all that you need for the recipe? If you don’t have leftover rice, ask an adult near you to prepare 250 g of sauteed long-grain rice. If you have leftover rice, heat it in the microwave. In the meanwhile, beat the eggs in a bowl with a fork and ask an adult helping you to pour a drizzle of olive oil into a pan and, when hot, ask him to pour in the eggs. Then, always with the supervision of a grown-up, scramble the eggs until they are cooked. Now the rice has been heated and the eggs are scrambled. Mix all together in the same bowl, including the cooked peas and the diced ham. Involve everything with a fork and that’s it! Easy, right? Bon appetit! Oh, and don’t forget to paint the drawings in this recipe .
