Hospital da Luz Funchal and Hospital da Luz Clínica do Caniço clients have now available MY LUZ , that gives them access to a wide range of online services, allowing them to easily manage their health, anytime and anywhere, via smartphone, tablet or personal computer. Through MY LUZ, the clients of Hospital da Luz network hospitals and clinics have access to a personal online area, where they can, in a confidential and secure way: Schedule consultations and exams; Obtain exams results; Have videoconsultations ; Obtain a declaration of presence; Introduce health data; Pay invoices (via MB Way, Paypal, Visa or ATM); Access and manage (jointly) the client areas of children and other dependants; Consult and receive alerts on the agenda of appointments and even register admission to consultations and exams before arriving to the hospital. MY LUZ is free of charge and the app is available in Apple and Google app-stores. There is also a web version.
