Ricardo Marinho integrates the International Client Support Service of Hospital da Luz Lisboa and is the French clients’ interlocutor. In that sense, he was recently interviewed by the French Radio , a young local radio station destined to the French community living in Portugal. Born in Switzerland, Ricardo Marinho explained in the interview how foreign clients are received at the hospital , either residing in Portugal or en route. The service mission is “to facilitate communication” with French speaking clients, thus contributing to provide them with better healthcare. Once contacted, Ricardo Marinho refers them to a French speaking medical specialist, assisting them whenever necessary all along the way.
