The President of the National Dental Association , Orlando Monteiro da Silva , visited the Service of Dental Medicine of Hospital da Luz Lisboa, last January 31. The purpose was to learn about the reality of hospital dental medicine in this unit, integrated in a multidisciplinary approach, and the new projects in progress in this specialty, coordinated by dentist Gabriela Videira . “We talked about what will be the Dental Medicine of the future and about the investment that we are doing, with the reinforcement of our team of professionals, the multidisciplinary approach and the introduction of the most advanced equipment in the area”, highlights Gabriela Videira , the coordinator of Dental Medicine of Luz Saúde Sul. “We invited the president for an end-of-day session, to talk about the future of Dental Medicine, including not only Luz Saúde dentists, but also other actors involved such as dental nurses and managers, which will take place in March, on a date to be determined.” In the photo above, Gabriela Videira , Orlando Monteiro da Silva , Pedro Patrício (Hospital da Luz Lisboa executive board) and Patrícia Robalo (coordinator of the area of Oral Surgery and Implantology of Luz Saúde Sul).
