It is enough, for that, that they have already had a face-to-face consultation the specialist doctor and that he is part of the team of health professionals of the Hospital da Luz Network that usually performs video consultations at the Centro Clínico Digital. Only for Psychology videoconsultations is that direct dialing in the MY LUZ app can be for a first consultation, so it is not necessary, in this case, that the patient has already had a previous face-to-face consultation with a psychologist at Hospital da Luz. Through this new MY LUZ functionality, patients can then make schedule their appointments directly in MY LUZ, indicating the reason why they need to make the video consultation among the following options: Evaluation of exam results Clarification of doubts or Routine consultation. For any of these options, patients can directly choose the day and time they want to have a video consultation with their specialist. If the option chosen is Other (reason), the request for a videoconsultation is forwarded to the attending physician for assessment of the situation and subsequent appointment scheduling.
