The traveller’s consultation / videoconsultation is destined to people who intend to travel to countries in Southeast Asia, Central America, South America, Africa and the Middle East, whether for leisure or work. The Videoconsultation is performed remotely through the MY LUZ app, with no need to go to the clinic. If you are going to travel, we can thus provide you with information and advice in a convenient and safe manner. According to the destination, the present epidemiological alerts, the activities to be performed and the clinical history of the individual, the traveller will be advised to take efficient preventive measures, such as: The risks of vaccine-preventable infections; Appropriate vaccination; Malaria prophylaxis; Traveller’s diarrhoea prophylaxis; Precautions related with behaviour and environmental exposure. At the consultation, you should be accompanied by your Vaccination Card. When scheduling the videoconsultation, the country of destination should be indicated and submitted a digital copy of the Vaccination Card (pdf or image). You can save the Vaccination Card file in MY LUZ , using the option Annex Documents, and selecting Other. At the time of the consultation, the physician will have access to your Vaccination Card.
