Hospital da Luz Arrábida was the official sponsor of the Foot Camp Dragon Force (summer edition), which took place over four weeks, starting July 30th, at Constitution Park in Porto. This year, it involved more than a thousand children aged 3 to 14. Using Hospital da Luz Arrábida equipment specially designed for this foot camp, the future champions spent a month training and playing soccer matches, learning to be athletes aware of their physical and mental health. First aid classes and psychology and nutrition sessions were part of this summer program, among other activities, where the goal is to "prepare the champions of the future for life" by working as a team, promoting healthy behaviors, and creating a sustainable world. Hospital da Luz Arrábida monitored these champions' preparations day by day, offering gifts and teaching them first aid, basic life support techniques, and how to maximize performance through proper nutrition. Because, to create an athlete, knowing how to play well isn't enough.
