Hospital da Luz Arrábida was the official medical service provider at the Happiness Camp, conference on happiness at work and success in business, which took place at Alfândega do Porto on September 17. Organized by the Lionesa Business Hub, business centre in Matosinhos, the event counted with the presence of specialists and business leaders from companies of reference all over Europe, who shared their experience as to the best practice in what concerns happiness at work, viewing to build stronger and healthier organizational cultures. The guiding principle of the Happiness Camp is quite simple: “Happy businesses create happy communities and happy communities create a world of happy people!”. Gathering thousands of participants, the event was marked by inspiring sessions, lectures by renowned speakers and workshops focused on the transformation of companies via the happiness of collaborators. As health partner, Hospital da Luz Arrábida was present with a specialized medical and nursing team, ensuring all the necessary clinical support to the event, from first aid to emergency follow-up.
