After more than two years of COVID-19 pandemic lived under heavy restrictions, the clients and team of the Unit of Continuing Integrated Care (UCCI) from Hospital da Luz Póvoa de Varzim decided to celebrate the relief already in place and the gradual return to “normality”. The celebration event, on last June 3, has included several moments of music and theatre, which were prepared by the 34 patients of the UCCI during the long months of forced isolation. The “Celebration in the Enchanted Forest”, as it was named, truly enchanted all those who were able to attend, at the auditorium of Hospital da Luz Póvoa de Varzim, and admire the sceneries and the interpretation in the several musical and theatrical moments – the product of hard work by clients and the technical team of the unit. The joy and good spirit of all set the tone in another special afternoon of conviviality and celebration, in this UCCI already on its way to complete 13 years of existence.
