Hospital da Luz, official medical services provider of Sport Lisboa e Benfica, was the official sponsor of the match between the current leader of Liga Bwin and Gil Vicente Futebol Clube. The match, counting for the 13 th round of this league, took place last November 13, at Luz Stadium, and was won by the “red”, who defeated the Barcelos team by 3-1, with goals scored by João Mário (9 minutes, by penalty) and Gonçalo Ramos (36 and 53 minutes), the latter being elected the “Man of the Game”, for his performance and goals scored. Fran Navarro (17 minutes, by penalty) had scored the 1-1 for the visitors. Watching in the stands there were 57,266 spectators, among them nearly 200 collaborators from Hospital da Luz, of the services working closely in the partnership with Sport Lisboa e Benfica. On this day where it was the official sponsor, Hospital da Luz was present through several marketing actions in the stadium, before the game and at halftime. MY LUZ , the Hospital da Luz App was in highlight in the communication broadcasted on the digital advertising panels, around the stadium pitch. Before the start of the match, Hospital da Luz was present in the Fan Zone area of the stadium, with an animation associated with the movement #movember, which marks the month of men’s health surveillance and raises awareness to the prevention of prostate cancer . All those who participated, merely had to take a picture at Hospital da Luz “photocall”, with the Movember allusive moustache, and post it on Instagram, identifying the hospital. The 10 most creative and fun photographs were eligible to win an official shirt of SL Benfica.
