Voice problems, such as roughness and constant throat clearing, can be caused by different pathologies. In the context of celebration of the World Voice Day, Hospital da Luz Setúbal will offer, on April 26, voice free screenings, at its Service of Otorhinolaryngology. These screenings are performed by medical observation and view to detect in good time laryngeal pathologies, identify habits of vocal bad use or abuse, besides divulging orientation on precautions to take concerning the voice. Do not hesitate to take these screenings, if you have symptoms such as: Vocal fatigue; Progressive and prolonged roughness (superior to two weeks); Pain and sensation of a foreign body in the throat; Chronic cough or constant throat clearing.
