LUZ 24 is available in all hospitals and clinics in the Hospital da Luz network. The LUZ 24 nursing team, available 24 hours a day, by phone, performs clinical triage and referrals to the most appropriate channel and at the most appropriate time, according to the clinical situation, for example to: Urgent service; Videoconsultation; Priority consultation; Scheduled consultation; Self-care. Our LUZ 24 nurse team has an extensive experience and use triage protocols established in accordance with international best practices to triage and refer all the clients who use this service. LUZ 24 must not be used in emergency situations - in which the 112 service must be activated first.
