Did you know that… In the last decades, the incidence of different types of skin cancer has increased significantly? Which is due essentially to a change in behaviour concerning sun exposure. The most frequent types of skin cancer are basal cell carcinoma and spinocellular carcinoma (90% of cutaneous neoplasms)? Melanoma is the less common skin cancer, yet the most severe one? It represents about 10% of all cancers and is responsible for more than two thirds of deaths by skin cancer, especially when diagnosed later.
