The clients of Hospital da Luz network can use the Digital Mobile Key (DMK – Chave Móvel Digital) to create an account or initiate their session on MY LUZ , their online personal area, where they may have video consultations, schedule appointments and consult results of exams, among many other functionalities. In the case of new registrations , the great advantage is that, by creating an account with DMK, the client has immediate full access to all functionalities of MY LUZ, with no need to contact our services by phone or in-person to confirm the data and accept our Privacy Policy. For that purpose, the client simply needs to log into the App or the web version of MY LUZ, select access with DMK , click on Authentication.GOV and follow the instructions given; For clients already having an account on MY LUZ App , the DMK is an alternative at their disposal, which simplifies / facilitates their experience in accessing digital services. All they have to do is log into MY LUZ and select Initiate Session with Authentication.GOV . The Digital Mobile Key: It is a means of authentication and digital signature certified by the Portuguese Government. It allows the user to access several portals, public and private, and sign digital documents, with a single login; It has a mobile number associated to the personal identification number (for Portuguese citizens) or to the passport / residence card number (for foreign citizens); It enables authentication simply by use of the mobile number and the DMK PIN, certifying the login with a temporary code received via SMS or by other means.
