Nuno Tomada Marques is the new president of the Portuguese Society of Andrology, Sexual Medicine and Reproduction . The Hospital da Luz urologist was elected during the National Congress of the society, which took place in Évora, last June. Founded in 1979, the Portuguese Society of Andrology has for goals “the development of scientific knowledge in the area of the sexual functions and male reproductive system, and andrology in general, promoting the study, exploration, research, analysis and treatment of the related dysfunctions”. Nuno Tomada Marques succeeds Pedro Vendeira , also Hospital da Luz urologist, and will perform functions during the 2023-2024 biennium.
