A new painting exhibition will be open to the public in the interior garden of Hospital da Luz Lisboa, between 1 and 26 July. This time, the public will have the opportunity to see a series of works by five artists: Anunciação Gomes; Júlio Costa; Lena Poinha; ‘Lita’; Nuno Confraria. Anunciação Gomes, the author of the work in the image above, is from Souselas (Coimbra) and is the president of Cultartis – Associação para a Cultura das Artes (Association for Art Culture), which she helped to create. Júlio Costa is a member of Colectivo 249, based in Torres Novas. Lena Poinha (from Mozambique) is a physician by profession, besides visual artist. The entrepreneur Lídia Duarte, “Lita”, integrated several ateliers of painters and ceramic artists. And Nuno Confraria, from Figueira da Foz, master in Geographic Engineering, declares himself as a self-taught artist.
