When the exam has no available prescription on MY LUZ, access the MY LUZ app, click on Schedule and Schedule exam . Then select the medical speciality and Hospital da Luz unit, and append the prescription. In either case, then you just have to select the most convenient day and time. When it is a specific exam with no availability of direct scheduling, the MY LUZ app will issue an appointment request – and you will receive an answer within 48 hours.
