The scheduling of appointments should be made on MY LUZ app (consult below the full list of hospitals and clinics and dates available): The sports medical check-up: Includes a consultation with a physician specialized in Sports Medicine or General and Family Medicine (GFM) and an electrocardiogram (ECG). Costs about €25 euros. Can be scheduled on MY LUZ app or at the reception desk. Does not require previous medical prescription. Select the name of the person for whom the consultation is intended ( Appointment for ) and select the Hospital da Luz Unit . Choose the speciality of Sports and Exercise Medicine or General and Family Medicine. In the Exam tab, select Sports Medical Exam. In the Physicians tab, select All professionals. In the Insurance and other Regimes tab, select Private. Click in Continue and Choose day and time available. Click in Continue and Confirm Scheduling.
