Hospital da Luz Clínica de Santa Maria da Feira supported the 2 nd edition of the Spring Half-Marathon , which took place on March 25, with the participation of around 1,600 athletes, along a competitive track starting and finishing at Europarque. The Hospital da Luz team consisted of physiotherapists and nurses. In the same date, place and time of the Spring Half-Marathon, also took place: The Europarque Running Trophy, an 8 km run, with the purpose of encouraging new athletes to try a more competitive variant; The 6 km walk, involving the whole community and families in the practise of sports, and which turned Europarque into a true sports festive event. The support of Hospital da Luz happens in the context of its strategy to promote the population health and welfare through the practice of sports and physical exercise.
