On the coattails of Nuvem Vitória, the units of Hospital da Luz are offering children very special rides: videos with the reading of a fairy tale, from the first day of December until Christmas. This was the way envisioned to support another civil society association, in the context of the project “20 Years, 20 Causes”, whereby Luz Saúde is celebrating its 20 th anniversary. Founded in 2016, the Nuvem Vitória Association develops a unique work: every night, their volunteer teams tell stories to children that are hospitalized, away from their family environments. This time, the Nuvem volunteers brought the stories and Luz Saúde made the videos, that can be watched on social media and the TV internal circuits of Luz Saúde network hospitals. Nuvem Vitória is nourished by the strength of those who believe they can make a difference, “by contributing to improve the quality of sleep of children confined in hospitals and other institutions”. In this Christmas, we are the ones helping this Nuvem (cloud) to reach a bit further.
