Pedro Vilela guest lecturer at Europe's most important Radiological Meeting

Pedro Vilela, Coordinator of Neuroradiology at the Hospital da Luz, was one of the guest speakers at the European Congress of Radiology, which this year is being held in Vienna, Austria.


On the second day of this specialism's most important scientific meeting in Europe, the Hospital da Luz doctor made a presentation on neuroradiology and vascular malformations, and was also a moderator at the session on pre and post-control procedures in neuroradiology.


The European Congress of Radiology gathers hundreds of experts annually from around the world and is regarded by the medical community as the most innovative scientific meeting in this field.


Pedro Vilela has been invited to participate in various conferences and other initiatives in his area of expertise. In 2014 alone, he was guest speaker at nine different international meetings of Radiology and Neurology worldwide and became Chief Editor of the Neuroradiology section of the 'European Journal of Radiology'.
