These are gift vouchers, of fixed value (€150 euros), with specific exams and consultations associated to be carried out in this hospital by those who receive them. The Start 1.0 Programs were designed to promote the adoption of healthy life styles – nutrition and exercise – thus contributing a global improvement of health and quality of life. Start 1.0 Nutrition Program is destined to individuals over 18 who need to start following a healthier diet and control their weight , with the assurance of a nutritional evaluation and the prescription of a more adequate diet. It includes: Nutrition and Dietetics Consultation; Body Composition Analysis by Bioimpedance; Exercise, Health and Performance – Evaluation. Start 1.0 Exercise Program is destined to individuals over 18 who need to start practising physical exercise , with the assurance of a medical evaluation and the prescription of the most adequate exercise for the individual physical condition. It includes: Electrocardiogram at Rest; Sports Medicine Consultation; Exercise, Health and Performance – Evaluation. By acquiring a Start 1.0 Program, the client receives a gift voucher and an e-mail is sent to his address with all the relevant information.
