Paying consultations, video consultations, exams, or other healthcare within Hospital da Luz Network is now easier with Google Pay available on MY LUZ app. Google Pay is a digital payment system based on a Google account associated to a debit or credit card . When installed on a smartphone, it allows contactless payment in stores, applications and websites, the corresponding amounts being charged on the debit/credit card associated to that Google account. Google Pay availability on MY LUZ has direct benefits for our clients: It reinforces safety because it uses digital tokens that replace real data (the bank card numbers in the case) and are only valid in the environment they have been created for. Thus, avoiding circulation of the card real data and offering greater safety. It allows clients to pay invoices in seconds, directly on MY LUZ app, without having to introduce any bank card data or going to a bank counter. The admission process to consultations or exams thus becomes much smoother and waiting times are reduced. With Google Pay, you can pay as soon as you arrive at Hospital da Luz, while you wait for your turn, directly on your cell phone.
