Hospital da Luz Setúbal offers various services to support the needs of its clients at the facility.

Customer Service

Customer service counters are found at the entrance of the Hospital and throughout the facility. In those areas, administrative professionals are available to answer your questions or find the person best able to help you.

If any questions persist or further clarification is needed, please contact the Information Desk located in the Main Reception (Level 0). You can also contact us by calling 265 509 200.


A cash machine or ATM (Multibanco) is located on Level 0 next to the Information Desk in the Main Reception.


The Hospital da Luz Setúbal Cafe is located on Level 4. The space is ample and bright and offers a privileged view of the Serra da Arrabida. Hospital staff, clients, and visitors may enjoy the excellent service of the Cafe between the hours of 8h00 and 20h00.

The Refectory/Dining Hall of Hospital da Luz Setúbal is open from 08h00 to 21h00 and is located on Level -1. In addition, there are vending machines available in several areas with an interesting selection of items to choose from.


There are two public phones available in the Hospital da Luz Setúbal; one is located at the entrance of the hospital and the other on Level -1 next to the Dining Hall. The hospital also has good mobile phone coverage. However, please note that the use of mobile phones is forbidden in various areas which are duly indicated. Hospitalized patients also have access to the central telephone service.


The Chapel of Hospital da Luz Setúbal is located on Level 4. Mass is available in the Chapel on the last Thursday of every month at 16h30.


Security services at Hospital da Luz Setúbal include the permanent presence of several professionals in strategically selected locations in order to ensure that all aspects related to security are safeguarded.
